Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Freigeist's AI development platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Freigeist provides an AI-powered development platform that enables users to create applications through collaboration with multiple AI specialists. Our service includes:

• Multi-AI collaboration for software development
• Project guidance and technical assistance
• Integration with third-party AI services
• Development tools and resources

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in unauthorized access or security breaches

Subscription and Billing

Freigeist operates on a subscription-based model with the following terms:

• Platform fee: $20/month for access to Freigeist services
• Additional charges for third-party AI services (Claude API usage)
• Billing occurs monthly in advance
• You must provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Price changes require 30 days advance notice

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys for third-party services, including Claude by Anthropic. Usage costs for these services are separate from our platform fee.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of any code, projects, or content you create using our platform. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide our services.

Our Platform: Freigeist and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party AI services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance

• Suspend service for violations of these terms

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
